1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Sheep Slide Away ("Company," "we," "us"). Continued use after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Sheep Slide Away.
• If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You represent that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement and that your use complies with applicable law.

3. Accounts & Progress

Some features may rely on an account or device-linked save data. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Sheep Slide Away for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application (except where local law prohibits such restriction)
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Application or virtual content
• Bypass security, anti-cheat, or access controls
• Use bots, macros, scripts, or exploits to clear slides unfairly
• Scrape or harvest data from the service without written permission

5. Gameplay Rules

Sheep Slide Away is a skill-based sliding puzzle: move tiles, clear paths, and guide sheep away from hazards. Fair play keeps the pasture fun for everyone.

We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that violate these rules.

If Sheep Slide Away offers reward or withdrawal features, eligibility, limits, verification, and payout timing are described in-app. Fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse may void rewards. PayPal or other payout details are used solely to complete legitimate withdrawals, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

The free version may display third-party ads via networks such as AppLovin and its partners. We do not control every ad creative. You can limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

9. User Content

If you submit nicknames, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content to operate and promote Sheep Slide Away. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Sheep Slide Away — including art, audio, UI, code, characters, trademarks, and branding — is owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEEP SLIDE AWAY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that scores, unlocks, or rewards will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Sheep Slide Away. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing. Where local law forbids certain limits, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other players, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Sheep Slide Away at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to any non-waivable rights you hold.

• Updated Terms will be posted in the app or on this page
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly
• Material changes may be highlighted via in-app notice when practical
• Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised Terms
